Please note all readings and treatments are not intended to be taken as legal or financial advice, psychological or psychiatric guidance, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are intended to provide you with general and inner developmental information.
We do provide treatments that contain therapeutic programs, however, they are intended to work in unison and complement other forms of health services you may be receiving. Consult your physician or health care professional regarding a particular health matter. The consultant disclaims any liability arising directly or indirectly from any information given or received in the session.
Session Cancellation
Please notify us via phone, or e-mail only regarding cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
If we receive your cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your appointed time or you do not show up for your session no refund will be issued.
We do have some flexibility around this due to uncontrollable life circumstances, so please do connect with us about this.
If we receive your cancellation more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we can reschedule your session to an alternate date and time at no additional cost or you can be refunded your full amount minus a $25 administration fee.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail only.
- No refunds are issued for one-day events.
- If we receive your registration cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event you are eligible to receive a full refund.
- If we receive your registration cancellation more than 7 days prior to the event you may be eligible to receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
- Registration cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund. It will be up to the discretion of Heart 2 Heart Journey to credit the value of the registration to the individual for future events or services with Heart 2 Heart Journey.
- Refunds will not be available for those registered who choose not to attend a class or event.
- Refunds for partial payments will not be available if you choose to not attend the class or event and you will not receive the content for the full course. Full course content is only provided upon payment of the outstanding balance.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used by the participant unless otherwise stated by Heart 2 Heart Journey.
Event Cancellation by Event Host
Heart 2 Heart Journey has the full right to cancel an event at any time due to low enrolment or other circumstances that may not make it feasible at that moment.
If Heart 2 Heart Journey cancels an event, registrants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit for future events or services with Heart 2 Heart Journey.
If for any reason an event is postponed, Heart 2 Heart Journey has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new future date. It is up to the discretion of Heart 2 Heart Journey.
Heart 2 Heart Journey is not responsible for any other costs that the Registrant may have such as; flight, travel, accommodation reservations due to the cancellation of an event.

Retreats
Cancellations Policy will vary depending on the retreat, however here is a general policy.
Deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations before 60-90 days will be refunded minus the deposit.
Cancellations 30-60 days will be refunded 50% minus the deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of retreat date will not receive a refund but you can sell your spot to someone else.
