5 DAYS OF HEART PATH DEVOTION
Spend 5 days and 4 nights held in the enchanted forests of the West Kootenays in British Columbia, Canada. Be surrounded by sisters to experience the beauty of nature while communing with the land, resting and deepening into your heart and spiritual practices.
On this journey together we will be unifying the energies of the Earth & Stars through our illuminated hearts to awaken, activate and access what has been waiting for lifetimes to BE embodied.
Nature nurtures and connecting intentionally and ceremonially with the land can initiate personal transformation by acting as a catalyst to bring you fully into the present moment to commune with your spirit.

Nourishment: Food
The food prepared for this retreat will be vegetarian and gluten free and locally sourced as possible.
If you have any other dietary restrictions please let us know.
Breakfasts will be light and healthy | Continental style.
Sacred Journey
This retreat includes a Sisterhood Preparation Call prior to our arrival date and a Sisterhood Integration Call Upon completion of the retreat
Thursday, June 5
Arrival
Check in will be from 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Once you are settled in, there will be a welcome dinner and opening ceremony with cacao.

Friday, June 6
Forest Activation
The day starts off with meditation and breath work. We will explore the beautiful hiking trails on pilot bay and in the afternoon have private beach access at kootenay lake

Saturday, June 7
Sacred Waters
The day starts off with a gentle yoga practice with a local teacher. experience the magick of water, at the healing waters hotsprings of the Ktunaxa nation after we will chase waterfalls and have a local healer/speaker sharing about the power of frequency & water.

Sunday, June 8
Sacred Sounds
The day starts off with a gentle yoga practice with another local teacher. The day will be focused on how to nourish the soul through intuitive arts and be taken on a cosmic gong journey at the Kootenay Sound Healing.

Monday, June 9
Homeward Bound
After a soul nourishing time together, it is time to return home.
Check out is at 10 AM. Closing Ceremony finishes at 12:00 PM

We will be walking and doing light hiking.

Our Sanctuary for our stay is a large chateau style structure situated on 5 treed acres over-looking Kootenay Lake with stunning views of Kokanee Glacier. Guests have access to fully equipped guest kitchen, dining room, large living room with fireplace, patio and deck.

For payment plans, after your deposit has been paid, the remainder can be settled by paying in full or a payment plan.
