Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please respond to that e-mail with the question(s) you would like to ask. You must send your question(s) within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Responses will be sent within 24 – 48 hours. Depending on the nature/content of the questions some responses may take up to 72 hours. If you are requesting an e-mail reading over the weekend or on a holiday, it can take longer.
E-mail reading purchases are final sale. Responses will not be sent if your questions are not emailed within 24 hours of your purchase.
Prices do not reflect a mandatory Alberta tax.
